PENGARUH RASIO LIKUIDITAS SOLVABILITAS, DAN AKTIVITAS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA

Abstract

The research aimed to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt to Assets Ratio on Profit Growth of Telecommunication subsector componies which were-listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were secondary which in the form of companies’ financial statement. While, the data collection techniques used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 4 telecomunication su sector componies as sample during observation 2011-2018. Morcover, The Independent variables were Current ratio, DDebt to Assets Ratio, Total Assets Turnover. Meanwhile, the dependent variables was Profit Growt. Furthemore, the data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. According to the research result, it concluded Current Ratio had positive but insignificant effect on the profit growth. Nevertheless, Debtto to Assets Ratio had positive significant effect on the profit growth. However, Total Assets Turnover had negative and significant effect on the profit growth of Telecommunication companies.
