PENGARUH STRES KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Employee is the main wealth of a company, because without the employee's participation, the company's activities will not run. Achieving corporate goals one of which is highly dependent on both the poor performance of employees. Having high-performing employees will make an optimal contribution to the company. In addition, by having high performance employees the company can improve the performance of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work motivation, and compensation on employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri Kanwil V. Research conducted on employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kanwil V which amounted to 30 people. Sampling technique using random sampling with saturated sampling method that is all member of population become sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. Based on the results of the research note that job stress, work motivation, and compensation affect the employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri Kanwil V Surabaya. Based on the result of research known that compensation have dominant effect to employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri Kanwil V Surabaya.
