PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE DI BEI

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, and Net Profit Margin on stock price through annual financial report which had been arranged by Property and Real Estate companies. The population was Property and Real Estate companies or registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2014-2018. While, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 56 companies as sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 24. The research result concluded Return On Equity had significant effect on stock price. Likewise, Net Profit Margin had significant effect on stock price. On the other hand, Current ratio had insignificant effect on the stock price. Likewise, Debt To Equity Ratio as well as Earning Per Share had insignificant effect on the stock prices of Property and Real Estate companies 2014-2018.
