PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN MEDIA PUTRA NUSANTARA

Abstract

Employees productivity is primary thing, since it affect the outcomes which company wants. While, many factors trigger the productivity such as work motivation, work environment, leadership style, organization culture and compensation. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the effect of work motivation, work environment and leadership style on employees productivity of PT. Media Putra Nusantara, for about 60 people. Futhermore, the dta collection technique used saturated sampling or total sampling. Additionaly, the data analysist techniqiue used multiple linear regression with SPSS (statistical product and service solution) which aimed to find out how far the effect of work motivation and leadership style on employees productivity of PT. Media Putra Nusantara. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Media Putra Nusantara. The work environment has a significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT. Media Putra Nusantara. Leadership style has a significant effect on the productivity of PT. Media Putra Nusantara
