PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PADA PT MNC LAND SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work satisfaction, organizational climate, and work stress on employees' turnover intention of PT MNC Land Surabaya. The research was causal-quantitative. While, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling, in which not all population were taken as sample. Meanwhile, the sampling technique use saturated sampling. In line with, there were 60 respondents who were employees of PT MNC Land Surabaya; as sample. Moreover, the data analysis techniques used multiple liner regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25 in order to organize the data. The research result concluded job satisfaction had negative and significant effect on employees' turnover intention of PT MNC Land Surabaya. On the other hand, organizational climate had positive but significant effect on employees' turnover intention of PT MNC Land Surabaya. In contrast, work stress had positive and significant effect on employees' turnover intention of PT MNC Land Surabaya.
