PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT POS INDONESIA SURABAYA
Abstract
On of the essential factors in company is human resources. The human resources take primary role in running every work operational in order to achieve company’s objectives. While, in doing that role company need to have leader who manage, guide, and supervise each activities which employees do. Besides, the leader need to implement work discipline at PT. Pos Kebon Rojo, Surabaya. Meanwhile, the uneven distributing of employees’ performance was caused as there was lack of self-motivation, which in the form of work gifted. The research aimed to examine the effect of work satisfaction and work discipline on employees’ performance. Moreover, the research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used proportioned random sampling. This kind of sampling was used randomly and considered its strata proportionally. In line with, there were 85 respondents as sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The research results concluded work satisfaction had significant effect on employees’ performance. Likewise, work discipline had significant effect on employees’ performance. Similary, work satisfaction had significant effect on employees’ performance.
