PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of PT. PELNI Surabaya. This research was quantitative. While, the population was all employees of PT. PELNI Surabaya. Moveover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 40 respondents as sample. Meanwhile, the sample was consist of several parts, namely financial administration for 20 people, operational for 15 people, and fleet for 5 people. Furthermore, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument. The questionnaires were distributed to respondents. Additionaly, the data analysis technique used multiple linear in oder to find out how much the effect of leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction (t-test) on organizational commitment. Whereas, f-test is used to examine whether the research was properly or not to be used for research. The research result, from t-test, concluded leadership had significant effect on organizational commitment. Likewise, work discipline had significant effect on organizational commitment. Similarly, job satisfaction had significant effect on organizational commitment.
