PENGARUH PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA, PIUTANG DAN PERSEDIAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA INDUSTRI OTOMOTIF

Abstract

Companies are built in order to increase its value , so that the stakeholder or shareholders become prosperous. while, One of the ways in achieving the objective is by encouraging Companies to maximize its profit. Meanwhile, there are many factors which can affect companies profitability. Therefore, the research aimed to analyze the effect of working capital turn over, receivable turn over, and supply turnover on provitability of automotive companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population was automotive companies which were listedon Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 6 companies as sample. Futhermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression. The research result concluded working capital turnover had negative and insignificant effect on profitability. On the contrary, receivable turnover had positive but insignificant effect on profitability. In contrast, supply turnover had negative and significant effect on profitability of automotive companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
