Abstract

This research aimed to find out the value perception on customers’ satisfaction of food delivery service. While, the population was Go-Food delivery service which listed on its application and under the authority of PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa, STIESIA Surabaya. Moreover, there were 6 informants of student of STIESIA Surabaya. Meanwhile, for the informant, there was one female and one male in every semester and who belonged to fourth until eighth semester. Furthermore, the data were quantitive. Additionally, the instrument in data collection technique was direct interview on students who had used Go-Food delivery service. In addition, the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which in form of written or orally based on people or behavior which were observed. According to the reaserch result, it concluded there were many factors affected the level of customers’ satisfaction of food delivery service. Such as, its convenience on daily activities, varieties of restaurant choice, offordable price, and speed in precision.
