PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, NET PROFIT MARGIN DAN EARNING PER SHARE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

Property and Real Estate industry is kind of industry which grow continually as buildings, offices, malls, hotels, and housing increase in number from year to year as well as the increasing demand of housing procurement. The research was quantitative. While, the population was 53 Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2018. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 23 companies as sample with 5 years observation. Furthermore, the data were secondary in form of financial statement of Property and Real Estate companies. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.The research result concluded as follows (1) Current Ratio had positive and significant effect on stock price. It meant, the greater the current ratio, the greater the companies’ ability to fulfill short term obligation would be; (2) Net Profit Margin had positive and significant effect on stock price. This meant, the greater the companies’ net profit, the greater the companies’ ability to produce net profit after tax would be; (3) Earning Per Share had positive and significant effect on stock price. In other words, the higher the earning per share achieved, the greater the company’s ability to give return.
