PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE, TOTAL ASSETS TURN OVER, DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of earning per share (EPS), total asset turnover (TATO), and net Profit margin (NPM) on the stock price of Property and Real Estate which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. The population was 53 Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. While, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 10 companies as sample. Moreover, the data were secondary. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS23. The research result concluded earning per share had positive effect on the stock price. Likewise, total asset turn over had positive effect on the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies 2015-2018. On the other hand, net profit margin had negative and significant effect on the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies 2015-2018.
