Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of capital structure, sales growth, and profitability, which were referred to Debt to Equity Ratio, Growth and Return On Equity on the firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population was Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. While, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sampel was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 11 Food and Beverages companies as sarnple. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Sarvice Solution) 20. Furthermore the data were obtained officially through sites of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research result concluded capital structure had positive and signilicant effect on the firm value. Likewise, profitabitity had positive and signilicant effect on the firm value. On the other hard, sales growth had positive but insignificant effect on the fiIm value.
