PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, PENDANAAN, PROFITABILITAS, DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of Dividend Policy, Funding Decision, Profitability, and Corporate
Social Responsibility on the firm value of Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia
Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The research was quantitative. While, the population was 53 Property and Real
Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. Moreover, the data collection
technique used purposive sampling, in which the sampel was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 12
Property and Real Estate companies as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear
regression with SPSS 25. The research result concluded Dividend Policy did not affect the firm value of Property
and Real Estate companies. Likewise, Funding Decision did not affect the firm value of Property and Real Estate
companies. On the other hand, Profitability had significant effect on the firm value of Property and Real Estate
companies. Meanwhile, Corporate social Responsibility had negative effect on the firm value of Property and
Real Estate companies
