PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAANFOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Food And Beverages Company is kind of company which have fluctuating stock price development. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of internal and external factor on stock price of Food and Beverages Companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). While, the internal factors were referred to Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS). Meanwhile, the external factors were referred to inflation and interest rates.The Research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 11 Food And Beverages companies which were listed on IDX 2015-2018, as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.Since Food and Beverages companies produced many products which were needed by the public, so that inflation did not affect stock price. Therefore, public demand for its products remained stable. This situation was followed by company stable profit. As consequence, the investors would continue to invest their capital in Food and Beverages companies.The research result concluded the movement of stock price of Food and Beverages companies was affected by Current Ratio and Earning Per Share. In brief, companies need to consider the usage of current asset, so that they can take advantages in order to provide higher return in the future.
