PENGARUH PRICE EARNING RATIO, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of price earning ratio (PER), Debt To equity Ratio (DER) and Size on stock price of property and real estate companies which were listed on indonesia stock exchange (IDX). The data were secondary in the form of company financial statement. While, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 10 property and real estate companies during 2014-2018, as sample. Meanwhile, the independent variables were price earning ratio (PER), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Size and stock price. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. Based on the research result, it concluded Price earning ratio had negative and significant effect on stock price. Likewise, Debt to equity ratio had negative significant effect on stock price. On the other hand, Size had negative and insignificant effect on stock price of property and real estate companies which were listed on indonesia stock exchange (IDX).
