PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT GIGI DAN MULUT (RSGM) INSTITUT ILMU KESEHATAN BHAKTI WIYATA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of competence, motivation, and work satisfaction on employees' performance of Mouth and Teeth Hospital, Health Institute of Bhakti Wiyata. While, the research was quantitative with causal- comparative as the approach. Moreover, the population was all (106) employees who worked in Mouth and Teeth Hospital, Health Institute of Bhakti Wiyata. Furthermore, the data collection technique used simple random sampling. In line with, there were 84 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 16.The research result concluded competence had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of Mouth and Teeth Hospital, Health Institute of Bhakti Wiyata. Likewise, motivation had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of Mouth and Teeth Hospital, Health Institute of Bhakti Wiyata. Similar to, work satisfaction had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of Mouth and Teeth Hospital, Health Institute of Bhakti Wiyata.
