PENGARUH DER, ROE, DAN EPS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN

Abstract

One of the investments given to companies will affect the company's stock price in the capital market, by attracting investors to be able to invest in companies made by management, namely by analyzing the financial ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS). While the stock price used is the closing price. This type of research uses quantitative research. There are 46 Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2015-2018. A total of 10 sample companies in the study were obtained using purposive sampling, namely by determining a number of criteria to get the sample to be examined. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices, and Earning Per Share (EPS) ) significantly influence the price of the stock
