PENGARUH ROA, ROE, DAN CR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Current Ratio (CR) on stock price of property and real estate companies which were listed on Indonesia stock exchange during 2015-2018. the population was 53 property and real estate companies which were listed on Indonesia stock exchange during 2015-2018. While, the data collection technique used purpose sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 14 property and real estate companies which registered in Indonesia and met the as research sample. Moreover, the data were secondary. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The research result concluded Return On Assets (ROA) had negative and significant effect on stock price. On the other hand, Return On Equity (ROE) had positive and significant effect on stock price. In contrast, Current Ratio (CR) had negative and insignificant effect on stock prices of Property and Real Estate companies during 2015-2018.
