PENGARUH MODAL KERJA, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS

Abstract

This research aimes to analyze the effect of working capital, capital structure and firm size on profitability of Property and Real Estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this type of research is quantitative research. Moreover, the population was 48 Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Furthermore, the data criteria given. In live with, there were 10 companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018; as sample. Additionally, the data were secondary, which was taken from companies’ financial a statement. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS 20. Mean while, the research result concluded working capital had negative and significant effect on profitability. On the other hand, capital structure had positive and significant effect on profitability. In contrast, firm size had positive but insignificant effect on profitability on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018.
