PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN STRESS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work stress on employees’ performance of Balai Besar, Brantas River area, Wiyung Surabaya. The population was civil servants (PNS) type III and type IV who worked at Balai Besar, Brantas River area, Wiyung Surabaya. While, the data collection technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling. Moreover, the instrument used questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to all civil servants (PNS) type III and type IV who worked at Balai Besar, Brantas River area, Wiyung Surabaya. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. This research result concluded work environment had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of Balai Besar, Brantas River area, Wiyung Surabaya. Likewise, work motivation had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of Balai Besar, Brantas River area, Wiyung Surabaya. On the other hand, work stress had negative and significant effect on employees’ performance of Balai Besar, Brantas River area, Wiyung Surabaya.
