PENGARUH ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION, KOMPENSASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the influence of achievement motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction to employee performance at PT. Pandu Logistics Surabaya.The population that became the object of the research was focused on the employees of PT. Pandu Logistics Surabaya. The retrieval technique that been used is purposive sampling, the sample is taken based on the criteria that have been determined by the researchers. The sample in the research amounted to 60 respondents. The data that been obtained in this research is prime data using the method by distributing the questionnaire, namely the way of data collection by giving a set of questionnaires to be answered by respondents. The data of this research has been using multiple regresion Analysis.The result of the research shows that achievement motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction have a significant influence on the employee performance at PT. Pandu Logistics Surabaya RSquare value of 0,581, meaning that the influence of achievement motivation, Compensation, and job satisfaction to employee performance is 58,1%, the rest equal to 41,9% influenced by other factor.
