ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH RIGHT ISSUE PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

Abstract

The research aimed to analyse the influence of prior and post activities on right issue to the financial performance using proxied liquidity ratio. The Current Ratio (CR), Ratio Activity with Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Leverage Ratio with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Profitability ratio that been proxied with Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE). The Right Issue is an offer that was given to older shareholders for buying new shares. The population was obtained by using purposive sampling method on manufacturing companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013. Based on these criteria, the sample was 1 manufacturing company. The analytical method used to measure financial performance with financial ratio analysis, as well as independent sample t test analysis with SPSS 21 aplication tools. The results using independent sample t test showed that there were no significant differences in the Current Ratio indicator, Total Asset Turnover, and Debt to Equity Ratio. Whereas at the Net Profit Margin and Return On Equity there were significant differences.
