Abstract

This study aims to obtain information relating to the possibility that the performance of Surabaya DKRTH
employees is influenced by leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance. There are
several variables that affect employee performance, but the variables used in this study are leadership, motivation
and work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work environment
on employee performance in DKRTH Surabaya. The population of this study were 418 employees of Surabaya
City DKRTH. and for the sampling technique using Slovin theory and produce a sample of 81 respondents, with
data collection techniques using questionnaires that were distributed directly to 81 DKRTH employees in
Surabaya. It is recommended to always give encouragement to employees in the form of increasing salaries,
providing complete information about the implementation of the right work, and paying attention to the work
environment in the form of improving the quality of the work environment, as well as improving performance,
especially in improving skills and ability to complete group and individual work. achieve organizational goals.
Simultaneously leadership, motivation and work environment have an influence of 58,5% on employee
performance.
