PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect on transformational ofe leadership style, work experience and work stress to the employees’ performance at Lohjinawi Multi Business Cooperation, Sidoarjo. This research used quantitaivw inquiry. Description of this population (object) used employees at Lohjinawi Multi Business Cooperation Sidoarjo. Population of this research were 40 employees. The sampling technique used saturate sampling. The number of research sample used all population were 40 people. The analysis of this research used SPSS 23 version. The data examination of this reasearch used descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linier regressions analysis, feasibility model test, correlation coefficient test, partial determinination coefficient test and partial test (t test). The Result of this research showed that transformational leadership style and work environment simultaneously and partially gave significant and positive effect on employees’ performance. Meanwhile, work stress simultaneously and partially gave insignificant and negative effect on the employees’ performance.
