DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SAMUDERA KRIDA UTAMA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, motivation, and compensation on the employees performance of PT Samudera Krida Utama. The research was quantitative. While, the population were employees of PT Samudera Krida Utama. According to the criteria, there were 100 respondent as sample. In addition, the sampling collection method used sensus sampling technique in which the samples were based on the existing population. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with questionnaires as instrument. Then the data analysis method used multiple regression linier with SPSS. The research result concluded that work discipline, motivation, and compensation had significant and positive effect on the employees performance. By using the T-test indicating significant level from independent variables, this research stated work discipline, motivation, and compensation were about 0.000. In addition, the adjusted level (R2) was 0.990 which consisted of 0.990. It meant that independent variables including work discipline, motivation, and compensation, were related to the dependent variable (employees performance) for 99%. While, one percent (1%) was influenced by other factors (out of the model).
