PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, HARGA DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA VILLA CAHAYA PACET MOJOKERTO
Abstract
The development of villa inn industry had increased from time to time, for example Villa Cahaya Pacet, Mojokerto. This happened as many customers were complaint before and after staying in the villa. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of mix marketing on the customers satisfaction of Villa Cahaya Pacet, Mojokerto. Marketing is an essential factor in business. While, the data was primary. Furthermore, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling with questionnaire as the instrument. In line with, there were 100 respondents as sample. In addition, the research result showed service quality, price, and location had affected on the customers satisfaction with significance of ≤ 0,05. From the research result, it concluded service quality, price, and location had affected on the customers satisfaction.
