PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TEERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the emphirical evidence of some factors which affected the firm value of Food and
Beverages companies. While, those factors were namely investment decision, funds decision, and also dividend
policy. Moreover, the population was 18 Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock
Exchange from 2013 until 2017. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which
the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 6 Food and Beverages companies as sample. In
addition, for the data analysis technique, it used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and
Service Solutions) 24. From the research result, it concluded investment decision had positive effect on the firm
value of Food and Beverages companies. Likewise, dividend policy did not affect the firm value of Food and
Beverages companies.
