PENGGARUH LOYALITAS KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MITRA ADIPERKASA,TBK
Abstract
This research aimed to find out working loyality, motivation, and incentives on theemployess performance of store retail fashion of PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa. While, since there was massive changes on economic condition as whole, a must-wanted demand should be fulfilled by either the economic performers or industry. Moreover, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling. At this kind of sampling, there was no equal chance or opportunity for every members of population to be chosen as sample in addition, the population was 250 employess with 100 respondents at sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression, proper model test (f-test), determination coefficient test,and hypothesis test. From the instrument test and classical asumption test, it concluded all variables had properly fulfilled and could be continued for next process of data management. Meanwhile, from regression analysis, the research result concluded there was positive and significant effect of working loyality, motivation, and incentives on the employees performance of PT. Mitra Adiperkasa,Tbk.
