PENGARUH MOTIVASI, INSENTIF DAN MASA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI AUTO2000 CABANG KERTAJAYA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of working motivation, incentive, and its period on the employees’ performance at Auto2000 Kertajaya branch, Surabaya. While, population was 100 employees who has worked at Auto2000 Kertajaya branch, Surabaya. Moreover, the data technique used saturated sampling. The instrument used quitionnaires which were distributed used to 100 employees of Auto2000 Kertajaya branch Surabaya. Furthermore, the data anlysis technique used SPSS 20. In addition, he data analysis technique used validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach’s Alpha, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and proper model test in order to examine and prove the hypotesis. The research result concluded working motivation, incentive and its period were properly used to examine the employees’ performance. Nevertheless, the effect of independent variables on the fluctuation of employees’ performance was about 24.6%. Meanwhile, the result, partially, concluded working motivation and its period had insignificant effect on the employees’ performance. On the other hand, incentive had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. It meant, the better the incentive from company, the higher the employees’ performance. Besides, working motivation and its period did not affect the employees’ performance.
