PENGARUH PELATIHAN , MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ALEXTRA TAT SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of tranning, motivation, discipline on the employees’ work productivity of PT. Alextra Tour and Travel Surabaya. While, the research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the population was 72 employees of PT. Alextra Tour and Travel Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated probability sampling. This kind of sampling took the sample as a whole regard to its level of existing position in the population. In line with, there were 72 people as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple liner regression. I in addition, based on the employees’ work productivity with its significance of 0,082 and insig 0,429 >α= 0,05. Likewise, motivation had positive and significant effect on yhe employees’ work productivity with its significance of 0,294 and sig 0,017<α= 0,05. Similar to tranning and motivation, disciplinr had positive and significant effect on the employees’ work productivity with its significance of 0,199 and insig > 0,069. As the result, the hypothesis which the researcher proposed was considered accepted or proven to be true.
