PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of working environment, leadership style, and working motivation on the employees’ performance of PT. Panca Bersama Jaya. While, the population was 62 employees of PT. Panca Bersama Jaya. Moreover the data collection technique used saturated sampling or total sampling. From this technique, the population became its sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research result concluded working environment had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of PT. Panca Bersama Jaya with significance of 0.000. likewise, leadership style had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance with significance 0.018. in addition, working motivation had positive and significant effect on the employees performance of PT. Panca Bersama Jaya with significance of 0.00. in brief, the employees’ performance of PT. Panca Bersama Jaya was very affected by working environment, leadership style, and working motivation which given to the company.
