PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. MUBINA FIFA MANDIRI
Abstract
In this globalization era, every companies are encouraged to compete each other. While nowadays since there are so many delivery service companies in Indonesia. PT. Mubina Fifa Mandiri need to have good quality wich is used to compete among the companiesThis research aimed ti examine the effect of leadeeship style, motivation, and working environment on the employees performance of PT. Mubina Fifa Mandiri. Moreover, the research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in line with, there were 65 samples of PT. Mubina Fifa Mandiri’s employess, besides, the instrument test with validity and realibility test, classica assumption test, and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded leadership style, motivation, and working environment had significant effect on the employees’ performance. This could be shown as for leadership style, it had its significance of 0,000 and multiple linear of 0,176. Meanwhile, for motivation, it had its significance of 0,004 and multiple liniear of 0,414. In addition, for working motivation, it had its significance of 0,036 and multiple linear of 0,710.
