PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN ENTREPRENEUR, MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHAPAP KINERJA KARYAWAN RUMAH BATIK DOLLY

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyzethe effect of entrepreneur, motivation, and working environment on the employees’ performance of batik house Dolly, Surabaya. While, the data were primary. Moreover, the instrument used questionnaire whice was given directly to the respondents, i.e. employees of Batik House, Dolly. The data collection techniques used saturated sampling or total sampling, in which there were 40 employees of Batik House, Dolly as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which aimed to evaluate regression coefficient. This also showed how big the effect of entrepreneur leadership, motivation, and working environment on the employees’ performance. The research result concluded entrepreneur leadership had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance with significance level 0.002 Likewise. Motivation had positive and significance effect on the employees’ performance with significance level of 0.004. Moreover, working environmenthad positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance with significance level of 0.005.
