PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KANTOR PASAR SOPONYONO SURABAYA
Abstract
Employee performance is one of the requirements in achieving the goals of an agency. Achieving this goal can be obtained from the efforts of agencies in managing potential human resources in order to improve their work. The population used was employees at the Soponyono Market office in Surabaya as many as 50 respondents with sampling techniques using the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.The results of the model feasibility test show that motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at the Soponyono Market office in Surabaya are significant. These results indicate that the ups and downs of employee performance are determined by how high the motivation at work they have, the adequate and comfortable work environment and the level of discipline raised by employees. This result is supported by a correlation coefficient that shows the relationship between these variables on employee performance has a close relationship. The results of the hypothesis test also show that the motivation, work environment and work discipline of each can have a positive effect on employee performance at the Soponyono Market office in Surabaya.
