PENGARUH MOTIVASI, STRESS KERJADAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
At this time the activities in the company are very fast, the employees who work in the company are required to complete their tasks. Good performance is the achievement of vision and mission in the company, while poor performance will make the company burden and the company cannot compete with other companies, therefore performance is a guideline to achieve organizational goals so that employee performance needs to be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work stress and workload on employee performance. The population in this study were employees at the Surabaya Hajj Hospital, while the sampling technique in this study used a census and obtained samples in this study of 90 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results from this study using the feasibility test model shows that the feasible model is used in further research, and uses hypothesis testing (t test) shows the variables of work motivation, work stress and workload have a significant and positive effect on employee performance.
