PENGARUH K3, PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. KRIS JAYA ADYMIX

Abstract

Human nature resources is a trigger for company success, for example: PT. Kris Jaya Adymix. It is oner of the contractor companies. Which concern individual safe and healthy life for its employees. Besides, company needs to have human to have employees’ training. Moreover, company also needs to do employees’ development in order to prepare them in determining their critical thingking and problem solving. This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of occupational health and safety, training, career development on teemployees’ performance. While, the population wa employees of PT. Kris Jaya Adymix with 45 samples of employees. Furthermore, the data analyze technique used multiple linier regression with F-test and T-test also SPSS 24. The reseach result concluded occupational health and safety, training and career development had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of PT. Kris Jaya Adymix in brief, PT. Kris Jaya Adymix was expected to consider their employees’ occupational health and safety. Furthermore, the company should also have training and career development for the employees in order to increase their performance.
