PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. NUSANTARA CARD SEMESTA
Abstract
In the current ero of globalization, every company will try to compete with other companies with the many of shipping service companies in Indonesia currently, PT. Nusantara Card Semesta strives to form good quality and can be used for capital competing with existing shipping service company. This research aimed to examine the effect of leader ship style, compensation, adn working environment on the employess’ performance of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta. The research was quantitative. While, the data collection technique used non- probability sampling. In line with, there were 98 samples employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta. Moreover, the instrument used questionnairs. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used instrument test, such as: validity and realibility, classical assumption, and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The reseach result concluded leadership style, compensation adn working environment had significant effect on the employees’ performance with leadership styple significance of 0.000 and its multiple linear value of 0.377. Meanwhile, compensation had significance of 0.004 with multiple linear value of 0.292. In addition, working environment had significance 0f 0.036 with multiple linear value of 0.347.
