Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of leadership style, working motivtion, and compensation on the employees’ performance of PT Indoprima Gemilang in Surabaya. The research wa quantitative. While, the population was PT Indoprima Gemilang in Surabaya employees of production section. Moreover, the data collection technique used non-probbility sampling with saturation formula as its technique. In line with, there were 86 respondents as sample. Furthermore, the instrument used questionnaries which were distributed to the employees. In addition, he data analysis technique used instrument test with validity and reliabilty test, classical assumption test, and multiple linier regression with SPSS version 20. Based on F test, the linier multipple regression model is feasible, and therefore the research is able to be continued. The research result concluded leadership style, working motivation, and compensation had significant effect on the employees’ performance of PT Indoprima Gemilang in Surabaya.
