PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN, DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIER TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. FEVA INDONESIA
Abstract
The role of human resources is very important and prioritized on managerial aspect in order to organize the institution or company. While, a qualified human resource is the one who has knowledge, skill, ability, and good attitude of working. Therefore, many companies and institutions gain their effort to increase the performance from all department in order to achieve goal and company’s continuity. This research aimed to find out the effect of education, training, and career development on the employees’ performance of PT. Feva Indonesia. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linier progression with SPSS. Furthermore, the instrument used questionnaire, which were distributed to 63 respondents or employees of PT. Feva Indonesia. The research result concluded education had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of PT. Feva Indonesia with the t test of 0,000 < 0,05. Likewise, training had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of PT. Feva Indonesia with the t test of 0,000 < 0,05. In addition, career development had positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of PT. Feva Indonesia with the t test of 0,037 < 0,05.
