PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, INVENTORY TURNOVER, DAN TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSET

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether there was an effect of Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Total Asset Turnover on the Return on Asset at CV. N-Tri Jaya di Sidoarjo. While, the research was quantative with case study. Moreover, the data were secondary which taken from company loss-profit and balance sheet of CV. N-Tri Jaya, Sidoarjo (2011-2018). Furthermore, the date analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 20. The research result concluded Current Ratio had negative and insignificant effect on the Return on Asset. This result supported the theory of teori Horne and Markowicz (2012) and also in line with research of Nur dan Teguh (2013). On the other hand, Inventory Turnover had positive and significant effect on the Return on Asset. This result supported Sudana theory (2015) and also in line with Marlina (2014) and Nisa Ika (2018). Meanwhile, Total Asset Turnover had negative and significant effect on the Return on Asset. This result did not support the theory of Hanafi (2013) but it was in line with the research of R. Cheppy (2017).
