PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER DAN RETURN ON ASSET TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether there was influence of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Return on Asset on Profit Growth of CV Perkasa, Sidoarjo or not. While, the research was quantitative with case study as the approach. Moreover, the data were secondary, which in the form of income statement and balance sheet. Besides, the population was CV. Perkasa, Sidoarjo in 2011-2018. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 20. The research result concluded the Current Ratio had negative and significant effect on Profit Growth. This result supported the theory of Sawir’s (2012) which in line with Erselina (2014) and Ifada (2016). While, Total Asset Turnover had negative and insignificant effect on Profit Growth. This result did not support the Hanafi and Halim theory (2012) but were in line with Dian et al (2017) and Andriyani (2015). On the other hand, Return on Asset had positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. This result supported the Houston theory (2013) which in line with Sayekti et al (2015) and Puspitasari (2017).
