PENGARUH MODAL KERJA, LIKUIDITAS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABLITAS PERUSAHAAN PLASTIK DAN KEMASAN

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of working capital, liquidity and firm size on the profitability of plastic and package companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, Futhermore, the population was 14 plastic and package companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. While, the independent variables were consist of working capital, liquidity, and firm size. Besides, the dependent variable was profitability. In addition, the population of this research. Moreover, the data collection tehnique used purposive sampling with the total sample of 6 plastic and packages companies. In addition, he research was quantitative. For the data analysis technique, it used multiple linier regressions, classical assumption test, proper test model, and hypothesis test. The research result concluded working capital had positive but insignificant effect on the probitability. On the other hand, liquidity had positive and significant effect on the profitability. Similar to working capital, the firm size had positive but insignificant effect on the profitability.
