PENGARUH EPS, CR, INFLASI TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Inflation on the shares price of the Property and Real Estate companies. While, the data was in the form of annually financial statement of the companies. The population was Property and Real Estate companies which had asset of 3 Trillion or listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was taken based on criteria given. In line with, there were ten companies as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The research result concluded Earning Per Share had positive and significant effect on the shares price. Furthermore, Current ratio had positive but insignificant effect on the shares price. On the other hand, Inflation had negative and insignificant effect on the shares price of Property an Real Estate 2013-2016.
