PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMPENSASI DAN JOB BURNOUT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. ASIA KEMASAN CANTIK SURABAYA
Abstract
In Indonesia, plasctic industry has large potency due to the highest commodity needs. Since there are move various plastic bottle, nowadays companies compete to have innovation in creating a new bottle design which attract consumers’ interest. While, in company, by having qualified human resources at this point, employees’ quality and performance, determines company at ease in achieving its ojectives. The research aimed to find out the effect of transformational leadership, compensation, and job burnout on the employees performance of PT. Asia Kemasan Cantik, Surabaya. Moreover, there were 65 respondents of employees as sample. Furthermore, the data were primary with distributing questionnaire as the data collection technique in addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research result, from multiple linear regression analysis, concluded transformational leadeership had significant effect on the employees’ performance. Likewise, compensation as well as job burnout had significant effect on the employees’ performance had significant effect on the employees’ perfomance of PT. Asia Kemasan Cantik, Surabaya.
