PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN GENERASI BARU SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of the leadership style, working motivation, and compensation on the employees performance of PT. Generasi Baru, Surabaya. While, the population was 60 employees of PT. Generasi Baru, Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling or total sampling, in which the entire population was sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical And Service Solution). The reearch results of t test concluded the leadership style had significant effect on the employees performance with significant level of α = 0.032 < 0.05. Besides, working motivation had significant effect on the employee performance with a significant level of α = 0.040 < 0.05. Similarly, compensation had significant effect on the employees performance of PT. Generasi Baru, Surabaya with significant level of α = 0.000 < 0.05. In brief, the employees performance of PT. Generasi Baru, Surabaya was strongly influenced by the leadership style, working motivation, and compensation provided by the company.
