PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of leadership, working environment, and motivation on the employees of PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo Surabaya. While the research was quantitative with a casual comparative approach. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo. Furthermore, the sampling collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with the sampling, there were 60 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 16. The research, from T-test, concluded lradership had significant and positive affect on the employees performance, with the significance of α = 0,004 < 0,05. Moreover, the working environment had positive and significant effect on the employees performance, with the significance of α = 0,012 < 0,05. In addition, working motivation had positive and significant effect on the employees performance, with the significant value of α = 0,001 < 0,05.
