PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, MOTIVASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
The rapid development in the era of globalization has made the business competition becomes more competitive,
amany companies in Indonesia require their employees to improve their superiority in all fields in achieving
maximum performance. The quality om employees performance in an organization is very important there fore
the management have to be able to learn how the attitude and the behavior of employees within the company in
order to achieve maximum goals. This research is aimed to find out the influence of transformation leadership
style, motivation, and communication to the employee performance at Auto 2000 Basuki Rahmat Surabaya. This
research has been carried out by using quantitative descriptive method. The sample collection technique has been
done by using saturated sample. The analysis technique has been conducted by using multiple linier regressions
analysis. The population of this research is all permanent employees at Auto 2000 Basuki Rahmat Surabaya.
The number of samples are 33 repondents. Based on the model feasebility test, it has been found that the
independent variable free transformational leadership style, motivation, and communication give significant
influence to the employee performance. Meanwhile, the result of the hypothesis test shows that transformational
leadership style, motivation, and communication give significant and positive influence to the employee
performance.
