Abstract

Human resource management plays impoertant role as company driving force. While, the main function of human resource management are planner, organizator, activator and controller. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, commitment and compensation on the employees performance of UD Kurnia Jaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees of UD Kurnia Jaya. In other words, the data collection technique used saturated sample, in wich there were 50 respondents as sample. Furthermore the data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, feasibility and hypothesist with SPSS version 16. The research result concluded leadership style had positive and significant effect on employees performance with regression coefficient of 0.307 and significance of 0.001. Likewise, commitment had positive and significant effect on employees performance with regression coefficient of 0.263 and significance of 0.005. Moreover, compensation had positive and significant effect on employees performance with regression coefficient of 0.264 and significance of 0.000. In brief, all variables, namely leadership style, commitment and compensation had positive and significant effect on the employees performance of UD Kurnia Jaya.
