PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT POS INDONESIA
Abstract
The transformation of business environment which is rapidly changed and competitively require every organizations improve and be ready for changes in order to maintain their business. One of the organizations is PT Pos Indonesia. One thing which the organization have to do, i.e. always keep their innovation in managing the human resources. This make the employees performance affects on the achievement of organization goals. As consequence, the performance reflects on companies progress is running their business. The research aimed to find out the effect of leadership styles, working discipline and motivation on the employees performance. While, the research was descriptive quantitive. Moreover, the sampling collection technique used simple random sampling in which there was equal and unlimited opportunity to be taken as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21. The research result, simultaneously and partially, concluded the leadership styles, working discipline and motivation had positive and significant effect on the employees performance. While, working discipline was the dominan variable which had affected on the employees performance.
