PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN, KEPERCAYAAN, DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SECARA ONLINE DI TOKOPEDIA
Abstract
This research is aimed to find out the influence of independent variables, i.e.: convenience, trust, and
information quality to the dependent variable, i.e purchasing decision. The population is all customers who have
ever conducted online purchasing at Tokopedia and the number of its population is unknown, and the sample
collection technique in this research has been carried out by using purposive sampling technique. The numbers
of samples are 100 respondents. The observation periods has been conducted in 2017, the data is the primary
data which has been obtained by issuing questionnaires. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple
linear regressions. The result of the research which has been done by using t test shows that variables, i.e.:
convenience, trust, and information quality give significant and positive influence to the purchasing decision
whereas The result of the research which has been done by using model feasibility test shows that the models are
feasible to be used in the following test.
